RATES FOR 2010

PLEASE NOTE
Our minimum rental period is 4 days. For bookings of less than 7 nights at Easter, Christmas or in August a full week's rental is chargeable, plus a cleaning charge.

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of £200/US$375 per week or part week, will secure your chosen dates.

POOL HEAT
Pool heat is an optional extra but is recommended from October to May. It also makes the pool more comfortable at other times. Pool Heating is available at a cost of £130/US$210 per week, if pre-ordered. The cost per day is £20/US$31, min. 5 days.

CLEANING
For stays of less than 7 days, a cleaning fee of £60/US$95 is payable. We can arrange for a mid-term clean if required.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable Security Deposit of £250/US$465 is payable with the balance. This security deposit will be returned in full, within 35 days of your return, following a satisfactory report from our Management Company that no damage has been done, and that the place has been left in a clean and tidy state.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
We can also organize for a Welcome Pack. When you arrive after a long journey it can be helpful to have basic essentials ready for your arrival. For more information, special requests and prices, please contact us.

HOW TO BOOK
Booking is very easy, and we will help you through the whole process. For your convenience we accept payment in £ or US$. Payment can be made by either bank/wire transfer or your credit card (4% charge payable).

BOOKING FORM
When you are ready to book Tropical Dream Villa we will send you a Booking Form, plus Terms and Conditions by e-mail for you to read and complete. Once a completed booking form and deposit have been received we guarantee our prices.

FLIGHTS
You may arrive or depart on any day of the week, according to availability, so why not take advantage of cheaper mid-week flights? We can help you to find the best fights, whether or not you book our villa. Just email us with your requirements and we will give you a quote.
