from this area. With plenty of new restaurants and supermarkets within a 2 minute drive, including a huge
Super Wal*Mart, you will find that our home combines peace and tranquillity, in a conservation area of
outstanding beauty, with the convenience of close proximity to everything you could possibly need.

But importantly, Tropical Dream Villa offers an absolutely outstanding pool area – after all, that is
one of the reasons people come to Florida, to enjoy the sunshine and the outdoor life. Our stunning
extra large 30 x 15 pool is completely private and not overlooked in any way. With no other pools on any
side it has the added bonus of being fully fenced and tropically landscaped, so your privacy is assured.
Not only that but it has two wonderful themed bedrooms for the children – a Princess Room
and a Mickey and Minnie Room/Spiderman’s Lair.
